MMM covers themes and brings the top decision makers of the consumer goods sector together.
The MMM Congress is the sector event at the start of the year, and a meeting place for the leading personalities of the consumer goods industry in the German-speaking region. The FAZ has called the Congress a “German business institution”. The presentation of new ideas and expert speakers from all over the world is the seal of quality of this format.
In this series of events, retailers from Germany and abroad and member companies of the MMM family present themselves. The programme is supplemented with expert presentations. “MMM opens doors” serves for study, practical ideas on the spot, and exchanges amongst the members themselves.
Our trips are an expression of our club culture put into practice. They serve for passing on professional contacts, generating impulses and are an essential element of our range of events that are sustained by our members. The members’ assembly, which as a society MMM calls once a year, takes place every autumn in the context of our study trip. In addition we also offer our members a long-distance trip every two or three years.
MMM is committed to imagining the future and acting to generate initiatives for the sector. We have made this possible by creating the MMM Think Tank. In this context, invited entrepreneurial personalities and scientists come together to intensively tackle a theme that will substantially impact on the economy of tomorrow.
"To learn with each other from each other" – this is the motto of the JUM (young entrepreneurs in the MMM-Club). Members of this circle are young executives from trade and industry which are promoted by MMM. The JUM-members get on themselves as young MMM ambassadors. At regular intervals they organize tours or conferences to which they invite the branch younger generation.
