The October 2017 meeting in Berlin wasn’t your typical MMM event – and perhaps that’s what made it so special. As part of the MMM opens doors learning journey, which was fully booked soon after the invitations had gone out in late summer, the around 110 attendees were presented a programme that offered them a whole new level of insight. The focus was on topics such as digital leadership, the lean start-up method and artificial intelligence. Learning from others: the MMM members heard from a panel speaking on the topic of “Clash of cultures” and from Facebook visitors, start-ups and accelerators how digital companies design their collaboration, their communication and their work environment, and how they recruit staff. Tina Beuchler, Digital & Media Director of Nestlé Germany, outlined how the group approaches the digital transformation. Two days packed with new impetus and a location with character that allowed plenty of room for new ideas: the Private Roof Club. The event organising team around Dr. Birte Gall (New Work Partners Berlin), MMM Chairwoman Simone Krah and her fellow board member Prof. Dr. Utho Creusen were delighted with the positive feedback from the attendees.
