(born 1974) has been Managing Director of the MMM Club since 2004, and its Chairwoman since 2013. After her degree studies (Politics/Medieval and Modern History) and completing her Masters in 1999 at the University of Bonn, Simone Krah worked for the Clinton administration in Washington D.C. (Department of Health and Human Services). She subsequently trained as a journalist in Germany. From 2001 to 2004 Simone Krah worked at the State Chancellery in Hessen.
Michael Durach was born in Munich in 1967 and graduated in Business Studies in 1992. He subsequently gained practical experience of the consumer goods industry before joining the family company Develey Senf & Feinkost. After holding positions in sales and marketing, he was appointed CEO in 1999. Develey is one of the leading manufacturers of mustard and gourmet food products, with sites in several European countries.
is Managing Partner of Karl Preuß GmbH & Co., which runs 23 discount supermarkets in the Minden-Lübbecke district under the name WEZ. The company is thus the largest independent retailer in the EDEKA Group. Karl Stefan Preuß is the fourth generation to run the company. A trained economist, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of EDEKA Zentrale AG and a member of the Executive Board of EDEKA Minden eG .

Born in 1964, Stephan DuCharme has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Russian X5 Retail Group since November 2015, having previously directed the company as CEO for three and a half successful years. X5 is a retail trade giant and one of the leading food retailers in Russia.
Mr DuCharme enjoys a reputation as a retail expert of far-ranging expertise. He has been a member of the X5 Supervisory Board since as long ago as 2008. Previous stations of his career were with the SUN Group, the Alfa Group, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr DuCharme graduated from the University of California in Berkeley, and went on to acquire an MBA qualification from the renowned INSEAD Business School.
Born in 1961, Erich Harsch has been with dm-drogerie markt since August 1981. In 1987 he took on responsibility for dm’s IT Application Development department. In June 1992 he became Managing Director of the dm IT subsidiary FILIADATA, and since that time has been a member of the dm Management Board.
Since May 2008 Mr Harsch has been Chairman of the dm Management Board, as well as having direct responsibility for the dm markets in Bavaria, of which there are currently two hundred. Mr Harsch is a member of the Trade Committee of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK), of the Plenary Assembly of the Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce and of the Supervisory Board of Hornbach Baumarkt AG [Hornbach DIY plc]
Markus Kaser has been Chairman of the Management Board of INTERSPAR Österreich [INTERSPAR Austria] since 2012. After completing his business management studies in Innsbruck, with placements abroad in Newcastle and Helsinki, Mr Kaser joined the SPAR Group in 1998. Here he developed the New Media sector, with websites and online shops, one of these giving rise to Austria’s most successful online wine shop (www.weinwelt.at). In 2003 he moved to the SPAR subsidiary INTERSPAR as Director of Marketing.
Following an intermediate station as Member of the Management Board, in 2012 Mr Kaser rose to become Chairman of the Management Board of INTERSPAR GesmbH [INTERSPAR Co. Ltd.], and so is responsible today for the most successful Austrian trading company on a large scale, with around 8000 employees and a turnover of 1.55 billion euros.

She was born in Austria as a member of the Wenckheim family of entrepreneurs in Vienna, the main owners of the Ottakringer beverage group (amongst others the Ottakringer brewery and Vöslauer mineral water). She sits on the Supervisory Board of Vöslauer Mineralwasser AG. At 20.20 Mariann Wenckheim is responsible for the “Food & Speciality Retail” division, where she has supported major strategic branding and retail projects for well-known retail companies in Great Britain, continental Europe and China. Prior to her involvement in London, she lived and worked in Boston, New York, Milan, Prague and Vienna.
